About shipping
It usually arrives between 2-4 business days, although depending on the season and demand it may take a little longer. We always try to send it as quickly as possible and you usually receive them sooner. Also, if you want, you can request express shipping.
Generally it takes between 24 -48 hours, but it will depend on the time you placed the order. If it is before 12, we can send it the same day (if it is a working day). If not, it will leave the next day, so the 24-48 hours will count from the next business day.
Yes, we ship outside of Spain to certain countries with different shipping costs. You can check them here
about exchanges and returns
Yes, you have 30 calendar days to prove yourself. If they don't fit you, you can change the size for free as long as there are units of that model left. If not, you can change it for another design. If the models you want are out of stock, we will refund your money and include free return shipping.
You can return your dalmatans FREE for 30 calendar days (Spain and Portugal). Write to us at equipo@dalmatan.com and we will tell you how to do it. We will send you the shipping label and you must stick it on the package and take it to a Post Office or InPost office.
Yes, you can return your shoes within 30 calendar days, but we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We will refund the item amount upon receipt, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you want to exchange for a different size, you will need to place a new order once the previous one has been returned.
Si has cometido un error al realizar tu pedido y este NO ha sido enviado, puedes cancelarlo o modificarlo (cambiar talla o modelo).
Ten en cuenta que las cancelaciones tienen un coste del 2,5% del total del pedido, que se deduce del importe a devolver. Este porcentaje corresponde a la comisión que cobra la plataforma por tramitar el pedido, y no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación por decisión del cliente.
Si la cancelación se debe a falta de stock o un error de Dalmatán, te reembolsaremos el importe íntegro sin ningún coste adicional.
About the shoes
They are very comfortable. We combine design, exclusivity and comfort in the same shoe so you don't take them off.
We make limited series by motif and color and generally when they are sold out, they do not return (unless it is being manufactured in a staggered manner). Depending on the model, it may come back with another color combination, but exactly the same one, with few exceptions, is not common.
The numbers on the round last (slipper and ballerina) size your usual size. The toe last fits half a size larger. You have the complete information on measurements, here.
This is the question we get asked the most. And today it is impossible for us to guarantee speed of design, embroidery and manufacturing. Due to the high artisanal component and the large number of stitches per pair, the process is slow. Still, we are working to improve. Right now the collections are more exclusive than ever because we make very little quantity per model.
We do not have any store of our own. We have sold in stores and perhaps we will incorporate some. At the moment, we only sell online.
About manufacturing
We design and manufacture the shoe in Spain. The packaging, the lasts, the soles, the patterns, the bags, etc. They are also manufactured in Spain. The only thing we do outside of Spain, today, is embroidery. We work with small family businesses specialized in embroidery that are only dedicated to this work.
No, we have never manufactured in China. We only work with small factories and small quantities and that is far from the way of working in this country.
We are ecologically conscious. We try to reduce waste as much as possible, avoid double packaging and work to implement new measures that respect the environment in the future. We do not manufacture all units at once to avoid generating unnecessary waste, so in many cases manufacturing is staggered to protect our environment.
