Shipping policy

DOMESTIC AND PORTUGAL SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES

The delivery time is between 2–5 business days, although depending on the location, it may take a little longer. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected during peak demand periods or due to courier delays and incidents.

If you require express shipping (24–48 hours), the cost will be €8 and the order will be shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 noon. Otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day. (Express shipping is not available in the Balearic Islands).

Dalmatán is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for shipments not collected after several delivery attempts and notifications from Correos. In such cases, the item will be returned, shipping costs (€6) will be deducted from the refund, and the customer will need to place a new order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

We currently ship to the following countries (in some cases with home delivery and in others, to a nearby pick-up point) with the following shipping costs:

  • France: now special price: 5,50€. Free shipping above 250€. Delivered time: 5-8 days approx.
  • United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia: €12
  • Ireland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden: €18
  • United States: €50

The estimated delivery time is between 4-15 working days, depending on the country, specific delivery area, and the courier service.

  • The customer must pay the corresponding customs fees if applicable. If the order is not collected, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount of your purchase.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address you provide us. The delivery time is merely indicative, but we strive to meet this deadline.

If, after two attempts, it is impossible for us to deliver your order, the transport company will store the product for 15 days so that you can collect it. After 15 days, if the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will be authorized to recover the products, without the possibility of any claims for them.
