Refund policy

You can exchange or return your Dalmatanes within 30 calendar days.

EXCHANGES IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

The first exchange of model or size is included in Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal.

To request an exchange of model or size, you must write to equipo@dalmatan.com. We will send you a label that you must print and attach to the package.

Once received, we will send you the new model or size requested.

We only accept exchanges and returns of unworn shoes in perfect condition.

In the case of more than one exchange, you will need to cover the shipping cost (€5 in Spain and €6 in Balearic Islands). Once received, we will refund the amount of your purchase minus the shipping costs, and you will need to place a new order.

RETURNS IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

You can return your Dalmatian for FREE for 30 calendar days in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal. To request a return, write to us at equipo@dalmatan.com. We will send you the label that you must print and stick on the package and take it to an InPost or Correos office.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For international orders (except for Portugal), size exchanges are not available.
If you need a different size, you must return the item and place a new order.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not included in the refund and must be covered by the customer.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to try your Dalmatán items.
If you are not satisfied or the size does not fit, you may return them using one of the following options:

  • Ship the return using your own courier, ensuring the shipment includes a tracking number.

  • Use a return label provided by Dalmatán. In this case, the cost of both outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you made a mistake when placing your order and it has NOT yet been shipped, you can cancel or modify it (change size or model).

Please note that cancellations carry a fee of 2.5% of the total order amount, which will be deducted from the refund. This percentage corresponds to the commission charged by the payment platform for processing the order and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation due to customer error.

If the cancellation is due to lack of stock or an error on Dalmatán’s part, we will refund the full amount with no additional cost.
