This model fits slightly narrower than your usual size (no more than half a size smaller). If you have wide feet or prefer a looser fit, choose a size up. And if you have any doubts, buy both sizes and try them on at home for free.

We include the first size or model exchange free of charge in Spain and Portugal. To request this, please contact equipo@dalmatan.com up to 30 days after purchase. We'll send you the shipping label to print, affix to the package, and drop off at a Correos or InPost office. We only exchange shoes in perfect condition and with no signs of wear.
If you exchange more than one size in the same order, shipping costs are NOT included. We'll send you a return label, and €6 will be deducted from the last shipment. To receive the new model, you'll need to place a new order.

The manufacturing process of our Dalmatians is very artisanal and not all the embroidery is exactly the same. There may be different stitches, some thread of a different color that is interspersed, some change in tone, etc
If they get stained, you can hand wash them with a little pre-wash stain remover (foam or spray) and gently rub with a damp cloth. The embroidery is very durable and does not break easily.
