This model sizes your usual size in flat or ballerina shoes.
If you are usually between two sizes and have very narrow feet, you can choose a smaller size because the fabric tends to give, unless you prefer to wear it looser (especially in the summer) and use a half insole.
If you are between two sizes and have a wide foot, then choose a larger size and, if necessary, place a half insole.

We include the first size or model change for free. To request it, you must write to equipo@dalmatan.com up to 30 days after the purchase. We will send you the shipping label and you must print it, stick it on the package and leave it at a Post Office. We only change shoes in perfect condition and without signs of use.
You have up to 30 days to try on and return your Dalmatian. The return shipping cost is not included, unless the return is due to a shoe defect, error, etc. which, in that case, of course the full amount is returned.
The manufacturing process of our dalmatans is very artisanal and not all embroidery is exactly the same. There may be different stitches, some thread of a different color that is interspersed, some change in tone, etc.
In addition, each design is embroidered on its pattern and in the assembly process, it is manually adjusted to fit each size, so there may be small differences in the fit from one size to another.
Keep your dalmatans in the cloth bag we send you. If they get stained, you can wash them by hand with a little liquid detergent, water and a very soft bristle brush. Remove the soap well and let them air dry.

Are shoe boxes necessary? How many people throw them away? We have asked ourselves this question thousands of times and, therefore, today, we have chosen to eliminate the classic shoe box. We ship your Dalmatian in cloth bags and pack them in a box or shipping bag so you only receive one wrapper. This way we reduce packaging consumption by half.
