You currently have FREE SHIPPING to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal (we do not ship to the Canary Islands)
Shipping time is approximately 2-5 business days, although it may take longer depending on the situation. Express shipping is also available.
We include the first size or model exchange free of charge in Spain and Portugal. To request this, please contact equipo@dalmatan.com up to 30 days after purchase. We'll send you the shipping label to print, affix to the package, and drop off at a Correos or InPost office. We only exchange shoes in perfect condition and with no signs of wear.
If you exchange more than one size in the same order, shipping costs are NOT included. We'll send you a return label, and €6 will be deducted from the last shipment. To receive the new model, you'll need to place a new order.

You have up to 30 days to try on and return your Dalmatians for FREE (Spain and Portugal). We'll send you a shipping label that you'll need to print, affix to the package, and drop it off at an InPost or Correos office.

Imp: Only items without any signs of use, with the composition label and in perfect condition are exchanged or returned.
The manufacturing process for our Dalmatians is very artisanal, and not all the embroidery is exactly the same. There may be different stitches, some thread of a different color interspersed, some variation in tone, etc.
If they get stained, you can hand wash them with a little pre-wash stain remover (foam or spray) and gently rub with a damp cloth. The embroidery is very durable and won't tear easily.

WHY ARE OUR SHOES DIFFERENT?
The main feature of our dalmatans is that they are DESIGNED and EMBROIDERED on the pattern. They are NOT previously made embroidered fabrics. They are embroidered onto each shoe for something unique.
We embroider stitch by stitch, trying to achieve maximum quality, to capture the designs on each foot.
The shoe assembly is a highly artisanal process, ensuring the best possible fit without damaging the embroidery and carefully adjusting each motif. The work is so meticulous and complex that very few people make this type of footwear.
