Dalmatan shoes are handcrafted, and each collection and style may fit slightly differently. This colour fits true to size. If you’re between sizes, have wider feet, or prefer a slightly roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.

The delivery time in Spain is approx. 2-5 business days, although depending on the case, it may be delayed a little longer. For international orders, please check here.

UK Orders – Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that UK orders are shipped from Spain on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Prices paid at checkout do not include UK import VAT, customs duties or any applicable customs clearance or handling fees.

Depending on the value and nature of your order, additional charges may be requested by the UK customs authorities or the delivery carrier before or upon delivery.

We offer a free first size or style exchange in Spain and Portugal. To request an exchange, please email equipo@dalmatan.com within 30 days of purchase.

We’ll send you a return label to print, attach to the package, and drop off at a Correos or InPost location. We only accept exchanges for shoes in perfect condition, with no signs of wear.

If you request more than one size exchange for the same order, shipping costs are not included. We’ll send you a return label, and €6 will be deducted from the cost of the final shipment.

If you would like a different style, you’ll need to place a new order.

Our Dalmatan shoes are crafted through an artisanal process, where each embroidery comes to life in its own unique way.

We don’t aim for industrial perfection: you may notice slight variations in the direction of the stitches, subtle differences in tone, occasional loose threads, or slight variations in how the shoes are assembled.

These small differences are the mark of the handmade process that makes each pair a unique piece.

In case they get stained, you can hand wash them with a little pre-wash stain remover (foam or spray) and rub gently with a damp cloth. The embroidery is very durable and does not break easily.
