We include the first size or model exchange free of charge in Spain and Portugal. To request this, please contact equipo@dalmatan.com up to 30 days after purchase. We'll send you the shipping label to print, affix to the package, and drop off at a Correos or InPost office. We only exchange shoes in perfect condition and with no signs of wear.
If you exchange more than one size in the same order, shipping costs are NOT included. We'll send you a return label, and €6 will be deducted from the last shipment. To receive the new model, you'll need to place a new order.

Tienes hasta 30 días para probarte y devolver tus dalmatanes GRATIS (España y Portugal). Te mandaremos una etiqueta de envío que deberás imprimir, pegar en el paquete y depositarlo en una oficina de Correos.
Si realizas el pedido desde el extranjero, tendrás que pagar el coste de envío de la devolución. Más información, aquí.
El proceso de fabricación de nuestros dalmatanes es muy artesanal y no todos los bordados son exactamente iguales. Puede haber puntadas diferentes, algún hilo de otro color que se intercale, algún cambio de tonalidad, etc.
En caso de que se manchen, puedes lavarlos a mano con un poco de detergente quitamanchas para prelavado (espuma o spay) y frotar suavemente con un trapo húmedo. El bordado es muy resistente, no se rompe con facilidad.

¿POR QUÉ NUESTROS ZAPATOS SON DIFERENTES?
La característica principal de nuestros dalmatanes es que se DISEÑAN y BORDAN sobre el patrón. NO son telas bordadas previamente hechas. Se bordan sobre cada zapato para obtener algo único.
Bordamos puntada a puntada, tratando de lograr la máxima calidad, para plasmar los diseños sobre cada pie.
El montado del zapato es muy artesanal para encajarlo lo mejor posible, sin dañar el bordado y ajustando cada motivo. El trabajo es tan minucioso y complejo que son pocos los que hacen este tipo de calzado.
