We include the first size or model exchange free of charge in Spain and Portugal. To request this, please contact equipo@dalmatan.com up to 30 days after purchase. We'll send you the shipping label to print, affix to the package, and drop off at a Correos or InPost office. We only exchange shoes in perfect condition and with no signs of wear.
If you exchange more than one size in the same order, shipping costs are NOT included. We'll send you a return label, and €6 will be deducted from the last shipment. To receive the new model, you'll need to place a new order.

You have up to 30 days to try on and return your dalmatanes for FREE (Spain and Portugal). We will send you a shipping label that you must print, attach to the package, and drop off at a post office.

The manufacturing process for our dalmatanes is highly artisanal, and not all embroidery is exactly the same. There may be different stitches, an occasional thread of a different color interspersed, slight variations in tone, etc.
In case they get stained, you can hand wash them with a little pre-wash stain remover (foam or spray) and gently rub with a damp cloth. The embroidery is very durable and does not tear easily.
